The talent team was very professional and well organized. I felt like they really cared about me and offered a good indication of how the interview process would look like. The interview questions tended to be quite difficult however.

I went through the SmartAssessment. ghSMART's core IP. This is a five hour interview where you begin discussing your early childhood life, go into your education and then end with a very deep dive in your career. They ask about each position you've had and the highs and lows of each.

What would your current manager say is one of your development areas?
The interview process started with a screening with a recruiter, followed by a case study and then a four hour SmartAssessment. Expectations were well communicated and the experience overall was very good. The interview also felt like it gave you a taste for the actual job which was very helpful.
