After passing this stage, I had a second interview with my future manager, which was truly remarkable. He left a lasting impression on me - professional, kind, open, realistic, yet very friendly. During the interview, we discussed my experience, and I particularly enjoyed the thought-provoking questions. For example, he asked how I would handle a situation where a learner wants to focus on something like phrasal verbs, but clearly struggles with another area, such as grammar. I really appreciated the depth and relevance of these questions - they showed me that the company values both teaching skill and professional judgment.
