My entire interview and hiring process was handled via Skype. I was contacted by one of the hiring managers, whom would then become my supervisor, and had a short conversation about my experiences. After the call, I was contacted with 10 minutes from the operations manager, who explained the next steps in the process and made my offer of employment. It was pretty easy! GoFluent looks for people who have business experience, a strong command of the English language (Native Language is preferred, and knowledge of proper grammar is key to this role) and articulation. It would be helpful to practice talking about yourself using proper grammar before the interview.
