The interview was conducted directly by the CEO, which was a valuable experience. The discussion was insightful and focused on the role and expectations. However, after the interview, I was informed that I would receive a follow-up call, but I did not hear back despite multiple follow-ups from my side. A more timely and transparent communication process would have made the experience better
