name a time you had to change your approach to someone.
Tell me about a time when you had to counsel a direct report.
Tell me about a time you failed.
Name a time you disagreed with a process at work and how did you handle that situation?
Tell me about a time when you used some of your resources to streamline a company process
The questions are necessarily difficult, but it's hard not to be repetitive when you're asked the same thing by three different groups consecutively. For example, Tell me about a difficult time you overcame, tell me a time you made a difficult decision, tell me about a time you had to do something you didn't want to do, etc.
- Do people think you can explain complex ideas in a way that is easier to understand? - When challenges arise, are you someone who naturally take ownership? - What have you learned from LBG. How would you apply them to your new role?
All of the questions were expected. First they asked why I desired to work for Target and then asked me some behavioral based questions.
Nothing was overly different, just what projects did you do, what have you lead, how do you interact with unproductive employees, do you like being on your feet (because the DC is massive) just pointless background collection
