I would imagine for technical roles they would ask a lot of technical questions. I didn't get any, but my role was not technical
How many people I had managed before. Experience working in a context where team is dispersed. Experience working in a company where bigger decisions are taken in HQ.
You need to have a release with 50 features that are all mandatory. How would you handle a situation where the engineering manager told you that the budget for those features is a greater amount than what you have available and you believe the estimate is too large?
Nothing was overly different, just what projects did you do, what have you lead, how do you interact with unproductive employees, do you like being on your feet (because the DC is massive) just pointless background collection
