Most questions were routine interview questions (why do you want to work here, what strengths would you bring to the job, what are your goals, etc). They also asked me to give an example from a previous job where I contributed to team building efforts, and asked how I would deal with an angry guest.
How do you handle an unhappy guest?
very common questions, where do you see yourself in 5yrs and describe a difficult situation.
How can your presence on the floor be both an asset to the company and most importantly to the guest?
Tell me about a manager you really liked and why
Tell me about a time when you were working in a group setting and things weren't working out and what you did to fix it
