I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at hCentive (Noida) in August 2012. Hiring process is average, took almost a day to get to the HR round. HR was cooperative and interviewers were also comforting. Interview rounds consists of: 1. Online IQ test 2. Two purely technical rounds. 3. Manager/Director round 4. HR discussions. I accept the offer because at the time of my HR round as I was offered the competitive package compared to the other product based organizations.
