Received a call from a recruiter and went over the details of the job description, what type of background I had and how technical I was. Was told she would pass my resume on to the CTO and would get back with me to schedule a face to face interview. Had a face to face interview with the CTO who was 35 minutes late and asked me about my background. He did not have my Resume and when I asked to give it to him he declined. The meeting lasted 10-15 minutes and was told the recruiter would get back to me for the next step. Received an email a couple hours later thanking me and that they passed on me as a possible hire.
