How did i deal with an upset customer? What would I do when it wasn't busy? What would I do if I was asked to work in a different department or something that was not in the job description.
The most difficult questions are the, "Give me a time when...", because you have to quickly think of a time. We all have many examples but the hard part is thinking of them. Doing this before will help a lot. One of them was, "Give me a time when you did something above what you were asked to do".
