How do you work in a unstructured environment?
I was asked about my experience with different functions of a human resources role.

Anything and everything you could think of, they will ask.
They use Korn Ferry tests which are a waste of time as don't assess true working skill or experience. It would be more suitable to find the right fit for the company based on character and experience instead of 3 childish tests that would never be applied in a working environment. Seems that the company has lots of test passers with poor job skills and no experience.
How do you manage your time as a full time student?
Around experience no useful questions from their side to be answered which made it awkward the didn't seemed to know much about the role...
