Why are you applying here [the company]? What are 3 things you look for in your job search? The second interview the questions were more detailed oriented to the position.
First step of interview was pretty fine, basic questions, why that job, salary expectation, etc. Second interview is a bit detail oriented. how you can work under the stress and why that company ? why that position? how did you handle the difficult situations ? etc..
