The written assignment was "given what you know about Boys & Girls Clubs to write 1/2 page on how you would describe our organization to a potential applicant to get them excited about working for us". There were also words they asked you to define in your own terms. (Teamwork, Flexibility). The interview questions had typical situational questions such as :tell me about a time you had a difficult situation with an employee and how you handled it.
What is your long-term goal?
What are your areas of improvement?
What are your current job responsibilities?
Outline your experience and your goals.
Why do you want to work for Matillion ?
This was actually a simple question, but my nervousness led me to a terrible answer. "What would be your first response to a situation regarding a supervisor's complaint about an employee...?" I can't remember the full wording, but it was along those lines.
Give an example of a time where you took a process and revamped/improved it.
Basic behavioral questions, small dive into previous experience.
How would you go about explaining benefits to an employee?
