I lived in NJ for 20 years and moved to MA 5 years ago. Five times he asked the same: do you like MA more than NJ? why? The position I interviewed for is based in MA, the company has no locations in NJ. I did not know how my answer be rated, so I gave him neutral comments. Three times he asked me: what would I do the first day at work? Five times he told me that his meal was good. Technically this is not a question, but demonstrates how unprepared and distracted this senior executive was.

They didn't ask behavioral questions. It was more just about describing your background and experience and if you've done or have experience with what they're looking for in the job description.
