Why do you want to work here?
The first round had questions about experience as it pertained to the job description. The second round had no questions but "tell me about your experience with...". It was very vague and uninspired. I was offered another round and declined to move forward.
Asked about experiences supporting various groups.
What is a work-related weakness you have? How have you learned to overcome it?
Nothing was unexpected since I have been in the industry for a long time.
None of the questions were unusual... though some of the online testing was a bit outdated and odd.
