in interview session with the senior manager, she repeated the questions that I had answered last session. They asked just about my resume and what do you know about the job and then asked one question in English and they didn't write any point for decision making. the interview was not organized and I found it based on interviewer sense and full of bias. for example, when she saw my ring and understood I’m married, said can you tolerate work load as you are married, we had an employee in past that did not tolerate work load and want to leave office in the specific time (the natural leaving time). I should add, in the international and so called advanced company, still they say to candidate you should wait for two weeks and if we did not call you, means you failed. Such a awful candidate experience!
