i3 interview questions

Due to location of residence, interview was conducted via Skype. The company insured that not only was the HR Representative available, but the Project Manager, The CEO, the Recruiter, and the Chief of Operations. All were very interested in me and provided immediate feedback to what they liked about the interview. That really impressed me.

I interviewed for an overseas flight training position with the site manager over Skype, who was on-site, and the project manager stateside. Interview was very collegial, with much of the interview spent explaining the nature of the position and work environment. I visited the headquarters for a final "interview" which was concurrently an in-processing day. (Hiring decision was 90% made. They just wanted to make sure you didn't weight 350 lbs, and could deploy overseas.)
