Interview
The process was fairly straight forward. The recruiter calls and take a preliminary screen, then scheduled for an in person interview. In person interview consists of 3 people (manager, 2 Sr. Developers). Standard technical questions followed by a paper test.

Had an initial phone interview with HR.
Was given a long assessment that included multiple choice questions and a coding piece. You also have to record audio clips of your answers to their questions. You get multiple attempts to redo the questions and re-record your answers
