My interview experience with iClassPro was overall negative and poorly communicated. The first round was with HR and was very standard. I was asked to introduce myself and walk through my previous work experience. There were no challenging questions. Candidates should simply be prepared to talk about their resume. The rest of the interview process was conducted virtually and consisted of multiple steps. The first step was a personality type test focused on describing who you are. I was asked to select rows and columns containing specific personality related words. I found this step unnecessary and not particularly meaningful. For the technical assessment, I was required to install a browser extension that recorded my screen, took screenshots, and logged keystrokes during the test. Before starting, I also had to record a video of myself answering a question about what makes me unique as an iOS developer. The technical test itself included approximately ten multiple choice questions related to React Native, around ten multiple choice questions focused on native iOS topics such as whether certain code would compile, associated types, generics, and memory management issues like weak and strong references. It concluded with a single algorithm question, specifically the LeetCode Sliding Window Maximum problem. Overall, the experience felt overly rigid and impersonal, driven more by a predefined process than by meaningful evaluation or communication. The lack of flexibility and human interaction left a negative impression.
