I applied online through my college, then had 2 phone interviews. The first was with the hiring manager and the second was with the VP of Marketing of the company. I was then asked to come in to the office for 3 rounds of short interviews with employees. I again interviewed with the VP of Marketing, an HR person, and another employee. All were very nice, but the VP of Marketing was kind of harsh and condescending in the way she talked to me.
