I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at iHeartMedia (Saint Louis, MO) in Apr 2016
Interview
The interview process was quite simple. I interviewed with Program Director and the Promotions Director and VP of Operations, who showed up the last 5 minutes of the interview. Because I was an internal employee, I believe the process was a little smoother because they knew I was capable of handling the position. If you have confidence and know what your goals are in the department, the process will be a breeze.
