I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at iHeartMedia (Minneapolis, MN) in Nov 2016
Interview
Applied online, received phone call and set up in-person interview the following week. I met with two of the Promotions Directors who handle several of the channels of the station. They both took turns asking me questions about my past work experiences, personal qualities that would qualify me for the job, and why I wanted to work for iHeartMedia and in the radio broadcasting industry. It was an round table environment that created a formal but comfortable interview experience. Both interviewers were engaged in what I had to say and answered all the questions I had for them regarding the position. I was not offered the position I applied for but they referred me to another position within the company.
not that long but they looked like they just wanted to get it over with tbh. they asked basic questions like what made u interested in this position and stuff
Excellent, nice people Excited about what they are working on. Focus about where they are headed. Had three rounds of interviews, each one provided different perspectives about what it is like working there,
Really easy, they ask a few question to get to know your personality and why would you like to work there. It is a group interview so be yourself but also be outgoing
