I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at iHeartMedia (Burbank, CA)
Interview
Phone interview, a days worth of multiple interviews for 2-3 different times. Be yourself and get ready to meet majority of the sales managers. The sales managers are nice to meet. Some are intimidating but they're nice when you first meet them.
Started out fine, then I was asked to create and make an in-person presentation to their top sales managers. That went extremely well, and I was told I'd be contacted within a week. The crickets. Gut tells me they bait you into creating ideas for a new client, for free, because the same job is always posted on LinkedIn.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How comfortable are you with a $40,000 base salary?
Straight forward, informative and a breath of fresh air. Definitely one of the best processes. Would highly recommend. Was asked about past experiences and how I would contribute to the team.
My interview with this great company was very nice. I did not have any issues or problems with any of the sales people I spoke with. They were all very kind and welcoming.
