Easy streight to the point. Hiring process was easy too . They dont ask too much question but once on probationary period you would need to proof you can handle that you can work under pressure and apply the past experience and knowledge. Managers are awesome they dont put pressure on you but explain everything with patience . This the the best place I have worked at . New management made many positive changes which influenced sales and they way the company runs .
