Early March, youu apply online. Then nothing for 4.5 months. Mid July you receive a note that asks you to re-apply to Workday. To "keep your data secure", they ask you to resubmit your PII (because, you know, migration is not secure). For a security role, that's at least very fishy. It's legit, though, you did your research. So you respond to the recruiter. When a role is not filled in almost 5 months, when the position lists every single thing someone could think of, from architecture, security, development, team building, devops and more, you rightfully starts to wonder about unrealistic expectations. When your message doesn't get any answer, you know the kind of companies you're dealing with.
