Had phone interview, standard questions HR provided good details on position. Scheduled next interview during the call, noon the next week. I arrived on time for noon interview but the person was not ready, I was sat in a conference room and waited for 20 min. Just as I was getting ready to leave she came in with excuses about higher ups making her eat lunch with them etc. I knew them and there this was. It a person or company I would want to work for. I finished the interview and was told I would hear the next week, so far no follow up, I’m not surprised the whole thing was very unprofessional.
