I was interviewed for Ilink Systems through college. The HR people were very enthusiastic, fun-filled,which portrayed a good image about the company. The process lasted for a day. The first level was an online test on aptitude,programming logic and English. The questions were of moderate complexity. Next we had technical interview followed by HR interview. Questions were asked based on the resume and my area of interest. A few logical puzzles were also asked.
