The one hiring didn't even read my CV in advance (how unprofessional!?), and flat out stated I was invited because they needed more women at their company to not be labelled as discriminatory. It felt quite uncomfortable and uninspiring, honestly - a total waste of time but at least another type of experience. Would definitely not work for them, and it's not the first time I hear a bad experience with women candidates.
