WARNING! STAY AWAY! SAVE YOUR TIME FOR OTHERS THAT RESPECT CANDIDATES! I have to say, it was my first time experiencing such unprofessional and lousy recruitment process. A recruiter direct messaged on LinkedIn, acquired my contact then referred to another recruiter to reach out to me for setting up an initial phone interview. Here comes the most ridiculous part: the phone interview was set at 7 am on SUNDAY (who the hell set a phone interview on Sunday morning?), however I wasn't given enough choices to negotiate so I decided to give it a try and accepted. Guess what? NO SHOW. NO calls, NO messages, not a single sign from the recruiter at our set time. I waited for extra 2 hours but she literally just vanished. TRAIN YOUR RECRUITERS WELL BEFORE YOU EXPECT TO EXPAND THE BUSINESS.
