I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at iSoftStone (Beijing, Beijing) in Dec 2014
Interview
I was interview on the phone, first by the recruiter from the HR team, who is extremely likeable and kind person, giving very good feedbacks during the interview already, this was really a very good start comparing to other phone call interviews I had before. Later I talked (again on the phone) to program manager, who was also very kind and also behaved very properly and gentlemanly. The final interview with my boss was also very good, he is young, intelligent and generally likeable, did not make me feel stressed, but quite the opposite, we talked pretty relaxed but still focused on topics like required tasks and my previous experiences.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were no difficult or unexpected questions during either of the 3 interviews. I did have to take a test, which I stressed about for quite a while, but it went better than expected, and later turned out to be less important than I thought at the time.
Recruiter interview for about 30 minutes, and met with program manager a couple days later. Received offer a week after that. Interview overall is pretty standard. They seem to interview and hire for their clients.
The interview process was average. They asked questions based on project management tasks and prior experience. They also asked about power point and sharepoint knowledge. Over process was good.
