Went through several rounds of interviews, with a general conversational format. Everything seemed positive, then radio silence for several weeks (no response to email check-ins). Was then contacted to set up a final interview with the CTO (was told that all other feedback was positive). Again, interview is mostly conversational with some 'tell me about a time' type questions. After that complete radio silence and no response to any email check-ins. Never heard back any other responses and I see that the role is still open (on their website) after several months. Hearing a no is fine, but just nothing is very frustrating.
