They do a very in depth interview. First with HR, then a couple rounds with various team members, which are just casual interviews. Then hiring manager, this is more formal, really got into what the role would be. After that they give you a project to work on, I was given a week to complete the task and present it. So the presentation would have been my 4th interview with them. After they said they would get back to me with in a week, I thought it went well as I delivered those types of presentations all the time, I didn't receive any feedback. I reach out to the HR person three times but no reply. After 4 interviews they didn't even have the professionalism to write an email back saying they were passing. Obviously I got the hint, it was very unprofessional.
