Interview
The interviewer expressed repeatedly that the position was going to be very challenging for me because my skills and experience were not an exact match. He also mentioned that the job required long working hours and that I must be able to come onboard immediately. I felt that the employer had no intention to accommodate my needs or my circumstances. I also felt devalued and disrespected by the interviewer, which was really the deal breaker for me.
