My phone interview was quick with the mechanical engineering team, they asked questions about different work i had done based on my resume. During the on-site interview, I meet with the VP of Engineering and ME and EE Manager and with the Sr. ME, the interview was more concentrated in personality although technical questions where asked. Also meet with the VP of HR, she is very nice also. I have done a lot of interviews with different companies, the interview at ibml was more organic and natural.
