It was a smoothe interview. They asked me the question to know about my interest and my qualification. And they also explained me about how they run the plant. They walked me through the plant and even gave me chance to talk with the employee

Interview
The interview process is nice and respectful. The interviewer is so gentle and helpful. Asked about previous company and focused on how long you worked for your previous job. The longer, the better. And basically you will get tested how fast you both hands can assemble small pieces. If you have soldering experience that is a plus.
