ifm efector interview questions

Extremely rigid. I don't think I would put in that much time and effort for any potential interviewer again. Spent a lot of time on online skills/personality tests. Position is still open, 9 months later, incredibly. I would surmise they are a very rigid and difficult employer. The position was ideally suited to a partial or full telecommute--but none of the existing SE's are allowed to do that nor was it mentioned as an eventual option during the interviewing process. I did not apply, my resume was picked off of Monster by the in house recruiter. I know that I did not do that well during the in person interview as I was getting to be very turned off by the whole process at that point. The hiring manager in particular, did not seem like someone I would want to work with or for.
