ifm group Customer Service Representative interview questions

I had an hour long phone interview with the CFO (Mark Izzard). After my phone interview I was invited for a face to face with Mark and Tonia (Manager) the interview went really well and I was asked to complete 3 online test. After passing the test I was invited to interview with the President... the interview was 2 hours long and went really well they even discussed where they would sit me and explained all the benefits in detail. So I left feeling great and excited only so find out from the agency that IFM thought I didn't seem interested! WTF?? I went through the entire process did everything they asked always showed up on time and they thought I wasn't interested?? I have a family to support if I wasn't interested I wouldn't have bothered. Thank you for wasting my time.
