impact.com Sales Development Representative interview questions

I got referred by an employee. I had a phone call with the lead of the SDR department, and it went well and was informative. I later had an in person interview where I met with the lead again, and also interviewed with the VP of Sales. I felt strongly about both interviews, and really liked both of the guys that I interviewed with. I felt optimistic and strong about my chances, as the VP of sales told me how to prepare for the next phone interview and told me he'd give me a call soon. It's been 3 weeks now, and I've gotten no call, and no responses to multiple follow ups.
