The employer changed the title of the job postings several times. When I got to the final interview (via Microsoft Teams), they said it would be a "short" call even though it was scheduled for an hour. They asked me about my experience as a Software Developer which I mentioned that my CV shows that I have no developer background. They immediately replied that, unfortunately, I wouldn't be a good fit since they needed a developer. I am not sure if they cared to read my resume before my interview. The interviewers were friendly at all times, but the total interview cycle was a waste of time. Questions: Describe your professional skills in three words. Tell me about your professional background. When would you be available? What's your current salary? (yes, they ask for your current salary)
