The VP of People was good about asking questions on handling difficult employees, but interviewing with the dept head that this role reports to was a bit more odd about handling different situations - things that worked or didn't work. Interesting enough, nobody ever went deep into my cybersecurity experience about leading an incident or building a specific part of the security program or maturing it. It just tells me they picked someone probably less qualified for the role based on my experience. Good luck for anyone reading this review before interviewing or in the process of interviewing. It was unfortunate for me, but sharing feedback for a cumbersome interview process that took almost 8 weeks from start to finish with an answer.
