General questions on background and reasoning for the role. Did around 6 different interviews which seemed a little excessive. The big challenge I think or Finastra is the parent companies insisting that every person applying must take and pass the CCAT IQ test. I don't think it's a very good judge of capability and Finastra assist on a fairly high pass rate even for junior roles. They must be missing out on great talent that don't quite make the CCAT
