I was reached out to by recruiter and had an initial screening. Seemed to go great and was told they’d reach out by the EOD. After hearing nothing for a week I reached out for some feedback, and my response went unresponded to. I attempted to reach out once more a week later and still heard nothing. Weeks have gone by and recruiting team appeared to have ghosted me, even though they were the ones to reach out to me in the first place. Most wildly unprofessional recruiting experience.
