Applied online, was shortly contacted by an recruiter. Had a phone interview just to be given the general overview of the role , followed up by a second phone interview with a manager. All very friendly.

There were two interview rounds with two different interviewers. The first round was mainly focused on my background on marketing during my career and a broad description of my skills and why I would make a good fit for the position. The second one, on my aspirations both inside and outside the company.
