Skillset and prior experience if any. Nothing specific maybe they check your communication skills. They show that they need elite and expert ppl but all they want are normal average ppl from tier 3 colleges. Since they dont seem clear about the skillsets and requirements. Also not willing to offer more than 4 LPA to freshers which might not be expectable to students from good colleges.
