Basic information and if you enjoyed talking on the phone. Was a script on the phone. However, in person, it was way more demanding. ***Be prepared to sell them something- be ready for this! They will give you a blank paper and pen and put you in an empty office and tell you to call a number when you are ready. You could even have this in your pocket before going there! Be persistent and aggressive. They will say NO, NO, NO all day long. If you still ask for the sale no matter what, you should be hired. Be tough, they will be very evasive on the mock call.
