They asked me about my past experience in Sales and how I can contribute my learnings to the position I was applying for.
They asked me to tell me a little about myself in the brief phone call then gave me a very detailed roleplay phone call interview that involved talking to one of their hiring team members as if they were a customer. The roleplay was very difficult in the sense that they are trying to hang up the phone the minute they answer.
I was asked if the job description would be the right fit for me. Management took in my previous job experiences and noted that my last job was more physically active. They wanted to be sure that I knew the requirements and expectations and took the time to care and understand who I am as a professional.
