A word to management: I think your entire application process is overwhelming, daunting and time consuming. I spent hours preparing work product for you. Do you think it's fair to ask so much of an applicant? This consumed my life for 2 1/2 months! I was told I would be going on to the last step which was a phone call. I never heard another word from anyone after I dutifully submitted my homework. I sent 3 emails over another 2 weeks asking for some type of feedback. I was told they decided to go with another candidate.
What motivates me through out my day? How do I over come challenges?

Nothing out of the usual. Felt like I was being interviewed by a 7 year old child.
