Being asked to sell insurance when you have no industry knowledge is kind of a daunting task. I proceeded with a questions based selling style by trying to find what the role-playing salesman was looking for and then offering a product that met their needs.

Why do you want to be in sales? Why would you do good in sales? How would you overcome rejection? basic questions like that.
The questions seemed pretty normal, but the process of interviewing with so many departments and having them decide where they thought I would fit best was new to me and I never experienced that type of process anywhere else.
