Imagine the overall passenger satisfaction score has declined significantly over the past three months at one of Heathrow's airport terminals, but the operational teams cannot identify any obvious cause. How would you approach this problem from a research perspective? Please outline your initial steps and any key considerations.
What insights would you take from the data provided?
Interview questions were pretty standard. I initially spoke to the internal recruiter to learn more about the job and so we could both see whether my experience and background were right for the role. I then had a chat with the hiring manager - we talked about my experience and the role in a lot more detail. I was then given a case study to work on and present back which was based on the skillset needed for the role. Finally I had a conversation with a couple of people in the team that I'd be working with in the case I was to get the job to understand how the different roles would tie together on a day-to-day basis.
Standards related to relevant job history
The HR case study within the full day evaluation was the most difficult. Reason is in Korea culture I am not stern or decisive but rather approach any staff who has problems or issues in a rather informal environment and try to be brotherly to assist. So, the objective was not as clear to me when I took the evaluation and that caused some issues during it.
