I only had a one interview online with another team member. I answered all questions and the interview went well on my side. I learnt today that since I do not have microscopy image experience they will not go forward. I do not understand how their interview and hiring works. In my resume, it was crystal clear I do not have microscopy image experience. Then why you invite me to the interview??? I also sense they did not like my age so they just produce a fake reason. I will avoid to apply this company in the future.
